Frequently asked questions

In almost all cases, I charge by word count. A non-negotiable $62.00 per 1,500 words.

*Please Note: I reserve the right to change pricing as I see fit depending on additional details of the project. We will agree upon a price before I begin work on your content. 

Yes. A quote will be provided after details of your project, word count, etc have been discussed. 

My preferred method of contact is through email OR  the pop-up function on this website. Please direct your emails to lizzywalje1994@gmail.com. Any inquiries sent through the pop-up function are automatically forwarded to my email. 

In most circumstances, I will respond within 24 hours. I do kindly ask that you allow up to 48 hours on the weekends. *I am not available for correspondence on federal holidays. Including the Utah state recognized holidays- Indepdence Day (July 24th) & Cesar Chavez Day (March 31st). 

Small discounts will only be considered for clients who bring me work through referrals. 

Given that the vast majority of our correspondence will be conducted over email, I ask that you please provide as many details as possible when sending an inquiry. In general, you can begin my describing the project, the world count, subject matter of the content, etc. 

Before I begin work on your project, we will mutually agree on a return date. My usual turnaround time is 2-3 days on projects with a wordcount of (up to) 5,000 words. Larger projects can take up to a week. My deadline is always 5:00 p.m. PST on delivery day.
